When not trying to join the SAS numerous times, breaking out of secure hospitals while on a prison transfer or working as a minder for a Hull escort agency, I spent a lot of my time playing, working and drumming with groups.
This is my account of all the relevant bands that I have been involved with over the years. I like to think there are some good stories here and highlight to the younger guys what it takes to make it in a group. Also, what some of the major pitfalls are when working with a band.
From modest beginnings, discovering rock and roll for the first time, to playing drums to a packed out audience at Hull City Hall, it’s all here. Some of the characters and some of the villains. Keep on rocking Robbo.
